The content of the standard can be found in all of Scouting NZ’s nautical award and CBES Dayskipper certificate.
The practical demonstrations will be undertaken in GRP Scout cutters in survey condition with a Bermudan rig as necessary.
Senior and open teams will be expected to survey the boat using the required appropriate boat survey form.
Junior and intermediate teams will be expected to rig a boat as required for rowing and sailing.
